Since I am new here and I have some questions about the Training and Certifications I thought that creating a new thread could be beneficial for people who have the same doubt as me. Here are some questions I have in mind, please feel free to ask whatever you have in mind about this topic. *Referral Clicks: What are these and how can we obtain them? *Star Rating: Does this refer to the number of stars you get after a 1 on 1 chat (0-5) or the number of times you have been given a rating? *Positive Reviews: These are the feedback a member gives you? Does the star ratings have somthing to do with this? *Forum Posts and Forum Upvotes: Why these are so important? *Group Chats: How do I enter one and how does 7 cups counts your group chat activity? do you have to send a minimun of messages?
