Hi, I'm Steve. I am a recovering Alcoholic (19 years) and have experienced anxiety, panic attacks, addiction and everything that goes along with it. I have seen many therapists, Psychologists, Psychologists and Counselors along the way. I'm sure I can pass on what I've learned from them. And I've learned a lot. I have some counseling training but am NOT a counselor. I can only tell you what I did to overcome my illness.
