Bio

Having constant anxiety attacks taught me to practice empathy and patience. It also taught me that no matter what career I pursue or goals I want to accomplish, I will still have anxiety about those goals. Now that I have accepted this, I try to take full advantage of it. Another thing that it taught me is that failure will always occur throughout my life. However, I realize now there will be many new environments presented to me in the future that I will also have to get used to. This is where empathy becomes extremely helpful, as having more patients with people you have never met will allow me to work more closely with that person. That, in turn, will cause me to get used to any new environment at a faster pace and cause me to be successful quicker.

While I have learned that I may deal with general anxiety for the rest of my life, I try to continually tell myself that this anxiety will allow me to understand more people in my environment, be altruistic, and take everything with a grain of salt.
