About

I am very excited that you have taken the time to be here. Therapy can definately be a scary place, but I am very proud of you for taking the chance. I have been a Therapist for 5 years and counting. I am a hands on Therapist, who loves to put my clients needs first. I believe that it is important for all my clients to feel comfortable and know that their Therapist cares about their well being. I have worked with various amounts of people, who suffer from depression, stress/anxiety, domestic abuse/violence, trauma (sexual, physical, etc.), personal growth, grief/loss issues, substance abuse/addiction, self-esteem issues, suicide prevention, LGBTQ issues, adoption, eating disorders, parenting, child behavior and development, interpersonal issues, crisis intervention and relationship issues.

I invite you to take a chance on renewing and developing youself to transform into a stronger and powerful individual. Remember, that therapy can be scary at times, but it is meant to challenge you to be the best YOU! As a Therapist, I believe that change is possible for all my clients as they go on this journey of healing and growth. So lets take this journey together, because YOU are not alone! smiley

Really cared to listen to what I had to say, did not judge me despite my morally ambiguous choices and helped me figure out what my priorities are when it came to my issue.
He is great
Very timely help and a sense that someone was listening and cared when I needed it the most. I am really hurting right now, and not feeling very good about myself or the chances for my marriage, but Ashley showed real compassion. And I wrote a lot and she read it all, and responded quickly and with real caring. Thank you.
