Hi, I’m Alexandra, 23 y.o. I live in Moscow. I have been depressed for six years, I have always had difficult relationship with my parents, I used to have panic attacks and I’ve suffered from CFS for five years. I can go on with this list for a while, but I think you’ve already got the gist. Over the last year I’ve managed to change my life for the better.
