I’m a trainee counsellor. I’ve done my level 2 in counselling skills & my level 3 in counselling studies. I’m currently doing my Counselling & CBT level 4 diploma. I’ve been through difficult experiences in my life like bereavement, anxiety, depression etc which puts me in a position whereby I maybe able to empathise with people who have and experienced or continue to go through similar circumstances. My experiences have motivated me to try and help others. I know first hand what it feels like to feel lonely and in a dark places; everyone deals with it differently and their experiences are unique to them hence why I’m here to accept you for who you are and I’m not here to judge but be the best listener I can be.
