Hi, I'm here to offer my help and support to anyone struggling with the challenges that life often presents us with. I have overcome anxiety and chronic illness in my own life and am open to sharing any of my experience if it may help you. I'm also interested in spirituality/consciousness and philosophy if you find yourself asking some of the deeper questions in life and would like to chat about that type of thing.
