They were really soothing and never said anything mean. They were also blunt. Sometimes when you're sad, you just have to stop thinking about it because you didn't do anything wrong. They told me when to stop thinking about the problem, b/c i was thinking about it over and over. They are very concerned about relaxing your mind and letting you be happy again.
