Amy Vredenburgh, MA, LMFT

Marriage & Family Therapist

About

I know that struggle can feel hopeless, stuck and forever...and I can be that person that will believe in your healing when you do not see it. I am here, right beside you, to create momentum, hope and relief.

I have been connecting and working along side clients for over three years and put an emphasis on releasing/expressing emotions as well as reshaping the challenging thoughts, images and beliefs that so often people carry with them. I come from a non-judgemental, open and warm place as I work with people and will also challenge you to create the quality of life you need, want and are destined for. I have a broad range of subjects that I love to work with. Some of the subjects I am most passionate about and experienced in are LGBTQ, trauma, relational issues (friendships, partnerships, peers, employees, family, etc), codependency, anxiety, grief/loss and chronic illness/pain.

Working with those only in Minnesota! :)
