Amy Lowery, LMFT

Marriage & Family Therapist

About

Welcome!  I am a marriage and family therapist, specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy.  I love working with my clients on relationship issues, internal issues dealing with self-love, worth, and esteem, and other issues such as anxiety, body image, spirituality, and depression, among many others.

I have always loved working with women and men like me who strive for living healthier, happier, and more meaningful lives. Sometimes life gets in the way of taking care of our mental health.  It really is the most important thing you can do for yourself, though!  Your perspective on life, with all its ups and downs, rests on being mentally healthy and being aware of what thoughts you are choosing to think.

That is why I love teaching other people how to problem solve their own thinking patterns as well as practice the awareness it takes to have a healthy brain.

A little about me:

I have been married for 7 years, and have a young daughter and a young son.

Seeing clients when I am not "mommying" is so special and rewarding to me, I have loved getting to know those I have counseled in the past, and the growth I see is very encouraging and exciting!

I would be honored to be your therapist and walk with you through this season in your life.
