My number one rule, I don't judge. I have gone through many things in the past, including anxiety, eating disorders and etc. People ask me if i could go back and change something would it be to make those times happy, and i say no. Because from all my past traumas I gained experience and now I can use that to help others. I only hope I can help people get through what I went through.
