Hi! Very nice to meet you. I’m here to help in people in any way I can. I have dealt with mental issues before as I suffer from both anxiety and depression. I also have dealt with a lot of panic attacks in the past. I’ve learned better coping skills and I’m doing better mentally. I feel like I can help because I have been there. If I can even help to brighten someone’s day or give them hope, that would be amazing.
