I’m an IT and supply chain specialist with 5 years experience managing aspects in both fields. I have spent the last 3 years developing my skills as a team leader. With that role I have managed to gain good communication skills hence being able to listen to problems and ideas, guide , and also motivate. Although I love my current role, I would also like an opportunity to play a role in helping to build someone else,inspire them, motivate them, or if to just listen to them . I never had an easy childhood or adulthood for a better part but I would like an opportunity to help some else through anyway that I can even if it’s just a listening ear which can go a long way.
