I have over five years of experience with all types of people, cultures, diagnoses, religions, and orientations. Whatever you throw my way, I've probably seen it before!
I am a strong believer that our thoughts play a huge part in how our lives play out and the decisions we make. I'd love to teach you how to get rid of those pesky negative thoughts and replace them with positive, life changing ones.
I welcome everyone! I have a special place in my heart for those with Anxiety, ADHD, LGBTQ & Career and Relationship concerns. But above all, I love the oddballs.
