Ashley Rasch, LCSW, QMHP

Clinical Social Work/Therapist

About

I am so glad that you are here.  Reaching out for help can be scary, but is a big first step. Let me tell you a little bit about how I work, so that you'll know what to expect. I have been helping adolescents and adults struggling with a wide variety of issues for 8 years. I take on a person centered approach and use a mixture of theories when working with my clients. I work closely with my clients to unravel what is going on.   We'll go completely at your pace and set up a plan that is tailored and geared directly at you and your needs.

This is your space. It is private, and you can message me anytime you want. I'll check my messages twice per day (usually first thing in the morning and in the evening, MST) and will reply to you. I offer 2x 1 hours appointments per week, although each client prefers their own style. I have a few that only want 1x 1.5 hours with messaging in between and others who prefer to just message whenever and make appointments if they feel the need. Although I find the thought of appointments is appealing to clients knowing that they can have that 1 on 1 instant messaging if needed. If there are specific things that you'd like to work on, I am happy to help you, or I can just be a supportive presence. You can let me know what works best for you. I look forward together!

Ashely is great, and while it is early on in the process has already led me to some very impactful and meaningful mental exercises - this has truly been helpful and I look forward to continuing.
Absolutely outstanding! She's an excellent and engaged listener and very empathetic, while also offering helpful and practical insights and strategies to resolve the issues being discussed.
Ashley is super patient and asks really good questions. She is always listening and is not judgmental in the slightest. :) Thanks for all your help!
