Hey there! There's not much to fit in this box except the truth of my own issues. Glad you found me here. I'm a trained active listener, but heck what does that even mean? Well, it means I'll listen to you because that's what we need a lot of times.

What I've dealt with

I have dealt with depression for about 5 years and bipolar 2 for some time. I've had some dark times with depression and never thought I'd feel normal again. I'm still dealing with my mood swings and understanding more about controlling my emotions.

Definitely had my fair share of suicidal ideation as well.

My father and aunt have also has been diagnosed with psychotic disorders later in life so I understand what it feels like caring for family with mental issues as well.

What I enjoy

I'm an entrepreneurially spirited guy that works in IT but has a passion for marketing. Still, haven't achieved my dreams but I'm fighting the good fight.

I like making short films and sketch comedy and really anything creative. I love horror movies and anything that makes someone really uneasy. I also do improv comedy so I can make up stuff and people will sometimes laugh.
