Hello,
I have experienced (and mostly overcome) tough family issues, panick attacks, health anxiety, generalized anxiety as well as depression for 8 years of my young life. Life can throw a lot of unexpected things at us, but you dont have to go through it completely alone. Just know your self worth and remember to be honest with yourself at the end of each day.
