Hi there! My name is Becky, and I’m a 19 year old university student from Canada! Think of me as a peer, someone who can relate to and understand you. As someone who has dealt with mental illness, stress, financial difficulties, gender-based discrimination, and more, I hope that I can draw from my experiences to provide you with the best support possible.

I try to be straight forward when helping others.  I don't think sugar coating is useful or productive, especially if you are trying to progress as a person.  I'm not here to blindly validate your every action.  That being said, I am understanding and open-minded, and try to see things from multiple perspectives.  Hopefully, I will be able to empower you to make choices that help with whatever has brought you to 7 Cups.

I'm more comfortable with certain subjects, listed below.  As well, I am more comfortable chatting with people closer in age to me.  That being said, if you happen to think I would be a good listener for you, you are more than welcome to message me.  I can't promise that I'll be able to understand everything you've been through, or know about every topic out there, but I can promise, to the best of my abilities, to be the listener that you deserve.
