Welcome! Some things I have experienced is depression, breakups, work stress, social anxiety, panic attacks, and grief. It is important to me to make sure you can feel heard and understood. I do my best to provide a space where you can feel safe so you can talk to me with no feeling of judgement. I understand how hard it can be to open up and you’re so strong for coming on here to express your feelings. I am here for you. I look forward to talking to you! :)
