Hi all. I'm a 39 year old, white, cis-gendered male. I live in an amazing cohousing community in Northern California with my partner and our dog. I've worked at a number of different jobs, but my primary interests now are counseling, meditation, Buddhism and spirituality, non-violent communication, anti-racism work, and men's work. I've experienced openings and shifts in my energy when someone has listened well and I feel truly seen. I feel called to return this favor and lend an empathetic ear to people who might be going through a tough time.
