Hello :) I am a registered nurse and love reading, watching documentaries or netflix, and am currently growing some awesome indoor plants. I myself have struggled with anxiety and depression, as well as an eating disorder, and have learnt a lot throughout my own journey that I would love to spread to hopefully help others. I am passionate about encouraging people to be open about mental health and mental illness, and certainly am not judgmental of anyone's struggles, thoughts and feelings.
