I know that life can seem like a complicated journey sometimes. During this time, it is not unusual to feel overwhelmed, confused or frustrated. It is my passion to help people on their path to wellness and happiness. I work closely with my clients to sort out where they currently are on their path, where they would like to be and how they can get there. I understand that this process can be difficult and I'll work to support my clients along the way. I have many tools in my therapy tool box, and am committed to help my clients find the correct tool to resolve the issue that has prevented them from moving forward. You don't have to feel you are alone on the journey.
