Hello & welcome to 7 Cups! Thank you so much for joining us, and I hope I, or another listener here, can help you on your journey of healing! Just a little bit about myself: Hi, again - My name is Tyler! I’m currently a 20 year old college student pursuing a bachelors degree at a local University in healthcare right here in the great state of Arizona. On top of work and school, I’m also a volunteer and advocate with many organizations that focuses on the health of youth - particularly from diseases and disabilities I’ve suffered with myself including prematurity. When I’m not busy doing that, I enjoy running track, cooking, and reading! I have two younger siblings aged 7 & 3, who I’m basically a third parent towards. While I’m open and available to talk about almost any area, I’m mostly well-versed in disabilities, parenting, student life, and family stress. She was incredibly kind and well-spoken, and made me feel like I was being listened to. She knew all the right things to say, and was not at all judgmental or condescending. It’s an empowering thing to feel like you’re heard, and she did exactly that.
