...See more Apparently my doc has got me pinned with anxiety and a depression disorder of some sort (I can't remember specifics) on top of a pre existing ADD/ADHD diagnosis, Iadmit to the add, and the anxiety, but I'm still not fully convinced I'm guilty of the depression stuff, anyway I'm told I need to do some work on affirmations and loving myself but it feels gross, I was wondering if there's a less touchy feel way to approach this! Thank you all in advance!
