I am so glad you are here. Seeking help can feel scary sometimes, and you are taking a brave step. I have been helping men, women, and children suffering from a variety of things such as anxiety, mood concerns, relationship management, job stress, family concerns, and grief amongst many other life chamllenegs for over 10 years. If you are feeling like life is overwhelming, there is hope! I work closely with my clients to explore the underlying thoughts that lead to feelings of stress, anxiety, and depression. Challenging the thoughts together, we can help you to feel better. We’ll go at your pace, and set up a plan to tackle change with a strategy that feels comfortable to you.
