Hello! I'm glad you've found me on 7 cups. I am trained active listener and am here for you. I have the most experience dealing with and talking about anxiety, addictions, self harm and family stress/violence. But I am very open to talk about any other subjects as well. I have experience with ADHD, FASD (Fetal Alcohol Syndrome Disorder) and Selective Mutism as well. I feel like I connect most with people within my age range (16-30) I am an adult myself in post-secondary who enjoys camping, painting and spending time with my kitten, Earl.
