Hello There! My name is Amy. I look forward to the possibility of being here for you. I am trained in the areas of motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy. Some of my strongest attributes are empathy, kindness and compassion in addition to being open minded and trustworthy. I value the uniqueness of each individual and offer client centered personal listening. I believe we inherently learn and grow from our connectivity in a sometimes very isolating technical world. All voices need to be heard. Sometimes its difficult to find someone who can be objective and is fully present for your voice to be heard.
