My name is Darien. I'm female, and I'm 28 years old. I signed up for 7 Cups of Tea because I have been through a lot involving trauma, abuse and mental health issues, large or small. It was a struggle to keep my head above water and get my life together. But, now that I find myself in a much better place, for an extended period of time, I felt like it was time to reach out to others and see if my experiences and the therapy I've been through for them, along with the insights I have gained through them, might be able to shed some light on others in darkness.
