I am Life Coach and Personal Trainer, enterpriser and writer, whose aim is to help people improve their lives using a scientific understanding of human mind and body and critical thinking. I live in Finland with my little daughter, a dog and a cat.
I found this site while looking myself for what it offers... a listener. I was living a very stressful and tiring period of my life and feeling I just was at the bottom. I needed some time off. At times my mind just began to wander around and wasting time doing pointless, repetitive actions. Reading the same news again and again.
I then figure out that I could make a good use of my "time off" by listening to someone instead.So, here I am.
I am an open minded and curious person with a lot of interests (IT, science, literature, animals, movies, and much more) and I feel very fulfilled when I can do something meaningful helping others. I also think, given my formation, I might be able to offer some useful insight.
