I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (also known as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)). I have 10+ years experience helping people resolve problems and feel better.
I provide treatment for depression, anxiety, parenting issues and more to children, adolescents, adults and senior citizens.
I have a strong person-centered approach to counseling, but employ a variety of techniques depending on your unique needs. You and I will work together to identify what those needs are and determine the best plan to help you feel better.
