I’m glad you’ve connected to this 7 Cups program. I’m a trained active listener, and I am trained in Mental Health First Aid. I enjoy connecting with people seeking support for mental health concerns, or who just want a non-judgmental friend. I play ice hockey, ball hockey, softball, and I am newly into golf. I actually live with Borderline Personality Disorder and ADHD myself, and I understand the stigma that comes with a diagnosis, of any type. I am a member of the LGBTQ Community, and my partner lives with Bipolar Disorder.
