Hey I'm Ellara,

I'm a 29 year old woman, a survivor of many adversities and disadvantage, with a rich tapestry of life experience both personally and professionally. I'm a student of counselling and behavioral sciences, currently doing placement as a Youth Drug and Alcohol Worker.  

I can't tell you how to solve the universe, but hopefully I can help you find your own strengths and truths; or simply just provide you space to vent. Sometimes we just need to know someone hears us. It's important to be able to find a voice to unload mental clutter. It can be exhusting to carry anxiety, trauma, self-doubt or depression without having a way to express it in a non-judgemental space. No topic is off limit. 


It pains me that it has to be said, but LGBTI Friendly of course.

I can't describe how helpful Ellara has been. Above and beyond simply being someone to talk to, they have a very professional scope of therapeutic-knowledge and a great capacity for constructive empathy. I am incredibly glad to have talked to this person on 7 cups, I would absolutely recommend and commend them! ^_^
It helped me a great deal than I had anticipated; I feel like a huge burden fell off my shoulders! I haven't felt this content in so long. It's amazing.
