Hello my name is Erica and I am a licensed Social Worker. I offer an earthy and straightforward approach to healing and recovery. I will provide a safe and non judgemental environment while maintaining honesty and open-mindedness throughout the therapeutic relationship. Interventions include but not limited to reality therapy, spiritual counseling (if desired), mindfulness and the use of the recovery model. My experience includes working with couples/marital counsel/divorce and co-parenting, codependency, substance abuse, sexual addictions, LGBTQ, anger magement, mood disorders, personality disorders, and grief and loss.
