Hi, my name is Frank Jordan, and I'm a 2nd year college student pursuing Psychology and residing in Suffield, CT. I've had a passion for helping people for a long time, I grew up seeing my mom sponsor many people in Alcoholics Anonymous and it inspired me to improve the lives of others.

As a kid, I was diagnosed with ADHD, which I deal with as an adult through burning off lots of excess energy exercising, rather than using medication.

My family has had a history of drug and alcohol use. I live with my father, who is a former alcoholic who refused to change for years, and then one day simply stopped drinking, and my younger brother, who has been successfully battling his own problems with the substance over the last two years.

I have had a history of anxiety (about everything from how others perceive me to how I'm spending my time) which I have found has been improving the more I help others and pursue my own goals.

I am pretty sure I'm Bipolar (though I've never been formally diagnosed) and I am working through
