Hey there. I joined 7 Cups to listen to people who are struggling in particular with peri and postpartum  depression, and anxiety surrounding pregnancy, birth and being a new mum.  I struggled with this type of peri and post natal depression on both occasions with my children, and understand what you may be feeling at this time.  I've overcome a lot through this, and would like to help by listening to you.  

I also understand issues with social confidence, and bullying.
