Hello, i'm glad you have found me! I'm AJ from the USA. I have done a bit of traveling around our planet. I have studied quite a bit of Asian culture and practiced Martial Arts and Eastern/Natural medicine. I enjoy both practicing and teaching Taiji/Chi Gong. I love people. I love cooking. I love animals!! Most of all, I enjoy helping and being a friend to others.
