Hello! My name is Tobin, & I decided to become a listener here on 7cups, because of my father. He is still alive thankfully, but suffers severe depression, social anxiety, and is legally deemed crazy. Believe it or not, he was worse before than he is now. I've devoted a huge portion of my life to coaxing him from the bad thoughts in his head, and throughout the years I've gotten pretty swell at it.
