Galina Litvin, MFTI

Marriage and Family Therapist Intern

About

Welcome and congratulations on taking the first steps on making a happier you. At times obtaining therapy can seem scary and daunting, but let me assure you that the process can be rewarding and meaningful. I work with individiuals, couples, and parents on variety of issues some of them being depression, anxiety, life transitions, and parenting issues. My goal in therapy is to help you untangle the different life stressors, and help create a more focused and happier you. Once we determine what the goals of therapy are going to be I will then come up with a customized therapuetic plan that is tailored to your specific needs. We will carefully delve into the undelying stressors and the uncomfortable feelings that  may be causing you to feel anxious, depressed, or stuck in making progress in your life.

I could feel Galina's true compassion and concern for me, through how she responded to my answers to her questions. When I spoke about perfectionism, she commented on "how hard it must be to be perfect all the time" and encouraged me to share more.
She tries her best to understand the problems and gives a solution.<br />
