Hello ! I'm so glad that you found me on 7Cups of tea. I am a trained active listener and I like to support people struggling with depression, Anxiety, ADHD, panic attacks, Self-Harm and loneliness. I enjoy going on road trips with my family and I also hanging out with my family, I have overcome my battle with depression it was a long crazy journey but I got over it, it was a wild journey!
