I know it can be difficult the first time but think that I've been a client myself for a long time before going to the other side, so I think I know how you can feel in these moments. With a psychodynamic and interpersonal approach we can work on the same level trying to figure out what is the issue and how to get all the resources to overcome its power. Respect is my key word: respect for your time, for your ideas, for your opinions and, over all, for your burdens and how you see and treat them. If we work together, we can get to the right point of view and see the issue as what it really is. Remember that there is always another way to look at things, and another way to solve them.
