Hi lovely!! I'm glad you found me on 7 Cups Of Tea. I will always be here for you. Some may say that talking doesn't help at all but from experience I can assure you it does. Just putting it out there and accepting you have a mental illness, lifts a huge weight off of your shoulders. Don't think what you are going through is just a phase or it's because you are whining too much. Never tell yourself to suck it up because you don't have to. Your situation is real and it is called mental illness. Never be afraid of your own feelings. Talk. It will never hurt to talk but it will if you just bottle it up. Mental illnesses are serious and real. They should be treated just like any other disease. Never hide behind your mask. Take it off, let them see your true self. Whenever you doubt yourself and feel like putting the mask back on, come and talk to me. I will always answer. I will talk with you for hours and stay awake for you. I will be your best friend or yourrock if you need me to. I will be anything if you need me to. I believe that words have a way of taking some of the pain out. Just tapping the keyboard away and talking to someone, will help you more than cutting, crying, puking, anything can ever do.
I am and all of us in this website are here for you. I don't need to see your face, know your name or your secrets to care about you. I believe that each and every person on this planets deserves to be loved and be cared for. I am here. I care about you. I love you. Talk to me. I will listen to you, don't you ever doubt that. If you are ever overwhelmed with the world, the future, the present, with anything, tell me about it. Never think of your problem as small or stupid or pointless.
