I am so glad that you reached out for help!  Asking for help can be difficult, but you took the first step!. I have worked with clients of all ages for the past ten years overcome difficulties with mental health and substance abuse.  Every day is a new opportunity to start over again and make changes!  I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and other techniques to help clients overcome their difficulties.  I work closely with my clients to explore the underlying thoughts that lead to unhelpful feelings and behaviors.  Identifying, challenging and changing these thoughts together, we can help you feel better.  No worries, you control the pace so you don't feel overwhelmed.  I look forward to working with you and helping you reach your goals!
