Hi, thanks for finding me! I'm a trained listener here on 7 Cups of Tea, and I genuinely love tea so that's always a bonus! I'm a so-very-nearly qualified student nurse so I'm learning lots in life about physical and mental health. I love cats (because who doesn't), I adore writing, and I'm a huge, huge fan of spending time with myself. There's nothing better than being in my own company and it's taken me a long time to realise that. I've gone through a lot over the past few years. Stuff that's really challenged me, broken me, and stuff that I wouldn't wish anyone else to ever go through. But I'm overcoming all that stuff, I'm stronger than ever before and I'm certain I'm happier now than I was. I'm a huge believer that it's ok to feel emotion. It's ok to be angry and upset and sad and it's ok to feel numb and wish you were a million miles away. It's how we grow from those feelings that truly makes us who we are.
I'm a one-chat kinda gal, I really like to focus all my time and attention on whomever I'm speaking to. So please be reassured I'm not flicking between people while you're pouring out your feelings. When we chat, it's just you and me (and usually one of my cats who loves to snuggle up on my warm laptop).
