Hi I’m Brian! Relationships are everything! Relationships with self, others, and the world we live in! Being curious and open minded as we explore relationships is key. Shining light and compassion on pain, shame, low self esteem and frustration is key! I'm on my own journey of of becoming more vulnerable and compassion to defeat shame, gaining self confidence (oddly enough an experiences at clothing optional hot springs have done wonders for self acceptance), and engaging with the world from a place of curiosity and compassion! I'd love to chat with you and together be curious about anything on your mind :)
