Hello there, 
I'm a university student, and that wants to lend a hand to whoever I can. Whether you just need someone to listen, a distraction or just to let it all out- I'm here for you.
I have had my fair share of grief, stress and struggle with my own mental health, and still deal with it all today. I don't want anyone to feel as lonely as I used to feel, so please give me a message if you need some help :)

I study literature, so I find reading helps me deal with my mental health a lot. Here are some quotes I've found recently that have really helped me out. I know things like that aren't for everyone, when I was very low I would think they were stupidly cliche, but I hope it helps even in the smallest way possible.
