Hey, Hey!

I am a free-thinking, JD (healthcare - everything by litigation / malpractice) / MBA (healthcare focus), who eschewed the corporate & federal worlds, despite certain perks and rewards, to live the rockstar life of constant travel, high stakes poker & an absurd amount of live music; I am now am building my "second" business ... which happens to be in the healthcare space. My experience in health law and business operations, exposure to clinical project management & innovation, abilty with relate patients / family / care partners at their level, coupled with my own experiences and focus on mental health and its various co-morbids, specifically in the Addiction-Recovery space, make me a solid resource for anyone strugging with issues pertainiting this broad area.

Aside from mental health issues, I have personal experience, whether direct or by proxy, with all of the issue boxes that I have checked. Please feel comfortable reaching out or chatting with me about any issue in any issue for which I am capable of being a proper active listener; I will not misrepresent myself or my knoweledge base, and you will be the first person who to know if the territory into which we are heading is not something for which I am equipped to listen.

Regardless of the conversation or your respective status / success, privileges, whatever they may be, are always checked at the door; anyone with whom I chat will have my respect, time and discretion, and I expect the same. Most of us have had some success, which is good, but unless it is relevant or helps me get to know you and/ or help frame your issue. Finally, I put a premium on privacy and being able to empathize the best that I am able, and should anyone need someone with whom to chat or to listen to you as you talk, please know that. And while not a licensed clinical professional, I am happy to discuss most issues at the level that I am able to do so; listening and not being understand because of a lack of education and/ or experience is avoidable, and I will not pretend to know than I do in the interest of "help" or "intellectual vanity".

My business requires some travel, and while I am currently calling Illinois "home", I have a place in Denver, so I am available for those who may otherwise think my location is static. This should be an interesting experience. I look forward to getting to know those with whom I match as a listener and providing the ears, voice, additional perspective or whatever it is for which you are looking; anyone, men, women, however you identify ... no one will be turned away.
