Hey there! Whoever you are, know that you can message me anytime for a chat.

I'm open to talking to anyone about anything, but I'll give a little information about myself so you can decide if you'd like to say hi.

Firstly, I have chronic pain and I can understand how tough life is with a disability and how important it is to stay strong. I'm happy to talk about chronic pain, and how to manage and reduce it... I have also had anxiety and depression, so hopefully i can help you with those as well. I'm also able to talk about LGBT+ issues as I've had experience with these. I'm pansexual :) I also have direct experience with grief, weight management, and racial issues.

I've studied a bit of psychology and I consider myself quite empathetic so even if I haven't had direct experience with a topic, I'm always ready to do my best and learn more about others. If you'd like to talk, I'm online nearly every day, so just send a message <3

Really helpful, this was my first time talking to a listener and I was kinda nervous but I quickly relaxed and felt at ease talking to them.
