About

Seeking help and support can be challenging, and you have made a very important step in the journey to self-understanding and growth. I have been helping young adults learn the skills to manage anxiety, depression, social, and family expectations for 5 years. It can be difficult to meeting goals and expereincing a well-balanced life. I work closely with my clients to help build behavioral routines that address feelings of anxiety and depression, as well as cultivating practices that reduce stress and anxiety. Working together with my clients, at their own pace, we strive towards learning and developing long-term skills to help manage anxiety and depression.
