Riddled with anxiety? Crippled under the burden of existential pain? Hello, my name is HayleyBo. You know, these days, being a woman is tough. When I'm not struggling with my weight or worried about wrinkles, I'm bombarded by a cacophony of demonic voices in my head telling me 'YOU'RE NOT GOOD ENOUGH!' 😊 That's why I created KrisisKontrol. A chat room where I pledge to help people with their problems as best as I can. I may be a little messed up in the head myself, but I am a good listener and have some health & social care training under my belt, so I have some experience in this crazy world known as mental health. I know what it's like and how much mental health problems can suck, whether it's yours or someone close to you. But talking about them is the first step to getting off our asses and getting rid of them once and for all in a bid to start building happy and satisfied lives. And hopefully by helping people with their problems, I can sort some of my own s**t out in the process ❤️
