About

My work as a clinician has focused on helping individuals enhance their mental and physical well-being. I believe that evidence-based treatments combined with compassion, honesty, and understanding are key in helping my clients reach their personal and therapeutic goals. I strive to honor the individual traits and strengths of every client with whom I work.
I have received comprehensive training in evidence-based treatments, such as family-based treatment, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, parent training, and exposure and response prevention at UCSD. I specialize in treating the full range of eating disorders, anxiety disorders, depression, stress, behavioral, and relational issues. I look forward to working with you and getting to know you in a non-judgmental manner.
